Putting ICE On Trial!
April 27th 2018 – Today, over 70 community members gathered at Avenue C Plaza in Kensington, Brooklyn to testify with personal stories from Bangladeshi, Indian, Guyanese, and Jewish Iraqi immigrants of being detained, deported, or abused by ICE
On the basis of the evidence, the People’s Tribunal found ICE guilty of systemic abuse of human rights of immigrants
The Honorable Judge and the People’s Jury ordered ICE to be dismantled and for the money to be reinvested in education, housing, health, and community needs
